Does environmentally biased technological progress reduce air pollution emissions? empirical analysis based on spatial model and PSTR model

چکیده
Environmental policies and Environmentally biased technological advances have important theoretical value practical significance for air pollution reduction green economic development in China. The article is based on panel data 270 cities China from 2007 to 2020. Using a Spatial model, the direct, spillover moderating effects of progress “local-neighbourhood” urban are examined empirically. On this basis, PSTR model used further explore non-linear different types environmental regulations. study found that: 1) There significant positive spatial correlation between both significantly suppresses pollution, with effects, conclusions remain robust after series robustness tests. 2) Different regulations reinforce dampening effect pollution. However, informal regulation only reinforces local cities. 3) threshold impact When level within certain interval, has 4) more eastern city, larger city non-resource-based cities, suppression advances. Based this, points out that governments at all levels should pay attention bias deepen construction joint prevention control mechanisms regional control; Establish multiple policies, formulate implement according conditions bias; Formulate targeted innovation characteristics It an reference help fight battle against in-depth promote improvement ecological quality.

mortality forecasting based on lee-carter model
over the past decades a number of approaches have been applied for forecasting mortality. in 1992, a new method for long-run forecast of the level and age pattern of mortality was published by lee and carter. this method was welcomed by many authors so it was extended through a wider class of generalized, parametric and nonlinear model. this model represents one of the most influential recent d...
15 صفحه اولinvestigating the factors affecting air pollution emissions in caspian sea countries: panel spatial durbin model
introduction: under the principles of international law, no state has the right to use or permit the use of its territory in such a manner as to cause damage to the environment of other states. spatial econometrics provides a powerful tool to assess the influence of the pollution of neighboring countries on a country's pollution level. spatial spillover effects play a significant role in a...
متن کاملA Model of Power-Biased Technological Change
New technologies have allowed rms to monitor low-skill workers more closely, thus reducing the power of these workers. We show that this power-biased changemay generate rising wage inequality and increases in the work intensity and unemployment of low-skill workers. JEL numbers: J31, O33
متن کامل"distributed Lag Model: Analysis of Air Pollution on Asthma Occurrence"
Many studies have reported associations between air pollution and daily asthma occurrence. Those studies have not consistently specified the lag between exposure and response, especially multiple lags, although most have found associations that persisted for more than 1 day. A systematic approach to specifying the lag association would allow better comparison and give insight into the nature of...
متن کاملIntegrated environmental management model of air pollution control by hybrid model of DPSIR and FAHP
The aim of this study is to evaluate the obstacles due to a DPSIR model combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process technique. Hence, to prioritize the responses regarding the driving forces, pressures, states and impacts, the hierarchy of the model is established. Evaluations and prioritization of model results of urban transport situation in Tehran have provided a number of necessary issue...
